PRIVACY: I collect only enough information to get my dvd out to you. I will not sell or share any information with outside entities. I might keep your email address to contact you with updated information or perhaps some special notice that you might truly be interested in. You will NOT receive spam from your contacts with me, nor will you get cookied. I'm not even sure how the heck that gets done anyway, but I won't be putting cookies on your computer. I guess I'd have to respond to subpoenas, court orders or legal processes. I'll also exercise my own legal rights and defend against legal claims. Of course, the fine people who buy my wonderful labor-of-love video will be above all that. I also suppose it is possible this policy may change in the future, but applies to you as it was on the date of your purchase.
Shipping: I will get check and/or postal money orders out as fast as I can. This may require that they clear first and I get down to the Post Office with due haste and timely effort. I will ship Postal First Class.
Returns: The "On The Canal" DVD is guaranteed to be free of defects for a period of 30 days. If you find that your On The Canal DVD is defective, please return it within 30 days of the day your order was shipped. Return all original packaging and the defective disc (okay, don't send the plastic shrink wrap or the paper the order shipped in, you know what I mean). I do NOT pay for postage on returns and original shipping charges are not refundable. Allow some time, perhaps 3-4 days after I receive your return for me to process your refund and, if I have your email, I will also email you with confirmation and information.
